Community Guidelines

Trakart is a creative community. These guidelines explain what we allow and what we remove. They align with in-app report categories. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

Be respectful

Treat others as you would in a professional creative community. Disagreement is fine; abuse is not.

Report reasons we enforce

When you report content or accounts, choose the reason that best fits. Our moderation team uses the same categories.

Spam

Unwanted repetitive content, deceptive links, fake engagement, or commercial spam unrelated to genuine creative sharing.

Harassment

Targeted abuse, bullying, threats, or sustained unwanted contact. Blocking is available; severe cases may lead to suspension.

Hate

Attacks on people based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease). Slurs, dehumanization, and hateful symbols used to intimidate are not allowed.

Nudity and sexual content

We restrict nudity and sexual content according to product rules and regional law. Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited and may trigger law-enforcement reporting.

Violence

Graphic violence, glorification of violent acts, or instructions for harm unless there is clear documentary, educational, or newsworthy context approved by our policies.

Self-harm

Content that encourages suicide or self-injury, or provides instructions for self-harm. We may provide resources where appropriate and remove triggering material.

Intellectual property infringement

Do not post work you do not have rights to use. Rights holders may submit DMCA notices (see Copyright Policy). Use the IP infringement report reason for in-app reports.

Impersonation

Pretending to be another person, brand, or organization in a misleading way. Parody and fan accounts must be clearly labeled where permitted.

Child safety

Any sexualization of minors, grooming, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. We remove such content immediately, preserve evidence as required by law (including the U.S. REPORT Act one-year preservation period), and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as required. Do not share or re-upload suspected CSAM to report it—use the in-app Child safety report or contact [safety@trakart.app — placeholder].

Other

Violations that do not fit above categories but still harm the community (e.g. dangerous illegal activity, severe misinformation in sensitive contexts). Explain in the report details field.

How enforcement works

  • Automated checks on uploads and text (images, video frames, captions, comments, profiles).
  • User reports — multiple reports or any child-safety report may hide content pending review.
  • Human review by trained moderators.
  • Statements of reasons when your content is removed where required by law.

Your responsibilities

Only upload work you created or have permission to share. Respect copyright and privacy of others. Do not attempt to evade moderation or bans.

Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, contact support [placeholder] with your post or account details. We will review when required by applicable platform regulations.

Updates

We may update these guidelines; continued use of Trakart means you follow the current version.
