Accessibility Statement
Commitment
Trakart aims to make our Service usable by people with disabilities. We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for core user journeys, including registration, browsing feeds, viewing and creating posts, account settings (including data export and deletion), and help/legal pages.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and accessible components where supported by our design system
- Keyboard navigability for primary flows (ongoing improvement)
- Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where feasible
- Sufficient color contrast targets in the design system
- Focus indicators and form labels
- Collaboration with accessibility testing before major releases (roadmap)
Known limitations
As an evolving product, some areas may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA, including third-party services (video player, analytics), complex creative upload tools, and legacy screens. We prioritize fixes that block basic access.
European Accessibility Act
The European Accessibility Act applies to certain digital services from 28 June 2025. Trakart has not yet formally claimed the micro-enterprise exemption. Counsel and leadership will document eligibility and either claim the exemption or confirm full compliance timelines before EU market expansion.

Enforcement procedures
For EU users, you may have rights to enforce accessibility under national law. We will cooperate with relevant authorities as required.
Alternative formats
Upon request, we will provide this statement and key policy summaries in an accessible format where reasonable.
